This afternoon we picked up Douglas from school. We were deciding what needed to be be done tonight and Gracie said the cutest thing. She said "Dad, I have a really good idea! If you be really good and do all your studying, then we can go swimming, okay?!" She spoke just like a parent and was very serious. I wonder where she learned that?

I always think it's so cute when your kids say the same things, the same way you do. I always know what I say to my kids the most, because they start saying it to me and to each other! I love it!
